Replacement: 30 days from the date of delivery, in a new condition with no visible wear. If the return is not within the scope of our warranty against manufacturing defects and is not due to our fault, the buyer must pay the return fee, please do not return the returned goods to the original address. After our customer service confirms your return request, you will receive the return address in the email.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you received, please contact us.

Please note: This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not include:

accidental damage
Improper care
normal abrasion
Color and material degradation under exposure to sunlight
The return/exchange of products in contact with water is not accepted.

You can get a refund in the following situations:

You are dissatisfied with your order: You have purchased 2PMSPORTS products in the past 30 days and wish to return them. After receiving your item, we will process the refund as soon as possible
The product you purchased is completely unusable
You have not received your product within 60 working days or 90 working days (South America)
Please note that the refund can be returned to your account within 3-5 working days.
